The Challenge

Friern Manor is renown for their good reputation in the county. Unfortunately, their previous website did not reflect the elegance and beauty of their venue. Friern approached us for a website redesign to emit their strong reputation. They also needed a platform that was easy to update. In addition to this, they hired us to bring down their return on advertising spend.

The Solution

We designed a website and developed it using WordPress technology. WordPress CMS allows Friern Manor staff to easily update content to keep the website up to date and relevant to the business. The new website featured a minimal design with a core focus on venue imagery. We also installed Facebook Pixel to collect user data and build a more defined advertising audience. This improved ROAS by 41%

As a part of the redesign, we created a new logo for the venue. We moved away from the previous calligraphy style and introduced a cleaner modern typeface. The typeface we used was a web font called Cinzil.

 

The website uses Cardo as a body font to complement the Cinzil headers. We also introduced a colour pallette, which consisted of white, grey and a subtle tone of green as an accent colour.

 

We thought the Friern Manor venue was stunning and really wanted to showcase the beauty on the website. This led us to increase the use of media on the website, whilst keeping the balance of a minimal theme.

We also setup email automation and paid ads. The ads were setup using Pixel data. This enabled us to improve ROAS by a huge 41%.

The new website made it easy for users to download brochures. This then put the users in an email funnel, which cut down admin time and improved conversion rates. The adverts we setup improved ROAS by 41%
